The world’s biggest food company, has announced a recall of about 880 thousand pounds of Lean Cuisine Chicken Meals that may contain foreign materials, the U.S. Department of Agriculture said.

Nestle received one report of injury and identified the objects as small pieces of hard plastic, the USDA said in a statement today.
